Building People and Results
Which leader will you become?

Successful leaders make the most of known opportunities.

Exceptional leaders create possibilities unknown to others.

Exceptional leaders imagine, innovate, and inspire. They lead with creativity and character. Become such a leader. Lead more creatively and courageously. Communicate more clearly and persuasively. Build more awareness, transparency, and accountability. Create more possibilities.

Dr. Matthew Hirst is an OD, HR, and learning executive, coach, trainer, speaker, and senior consultant for people and organizations seeking creative solutions and better results. He helps leaders create trust, build productive relationships, communicate directly and effectively, and think more creatively and confidently. Leaders know they can trust Matt, which allows him to communicate clearly, courageously, and collaboratively as he challenges others to deliver far better results.
Services
Coaching relationships are based on the needs of the leader and his or her organization. Generally, such engagements range from 3-6 months. Longer coaching relationships are also available as needed. Unlike others who enter the coaching field from other vocations, much of Matt’s extensive career has focused on building individual, team, and organizational capability.
Matt believes that lasting professional development comes from identifying and understanding one’s strengths and development needs, being aware of how they affect others and the organization, committing to the behavioral changes needed to grow, and knowing what people and other resources are available to help them succeed.
Every successful organization must answer four talent-related questions, which Matt has answered with other senior leaders for over two decades:

1. Business Forecasting: What can our organization become?
2. Talent Forecasting: What talent will we need?
3. Talent Assessment: What talent do we have?
4. Talent Planning: How will we close the gap?

Matt is uniquely well qualified to help large organizations reinvent or refine their talent strategy, and to help smaller organizations grow through talent strategy.
